1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Corral, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Corral provides a platform for companies to discover, book, and manage team experiences and activities. We act as an intermediary between companies and experience providers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One company account per organization

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased at €1 per credit
Credits do not expire
Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
All payments are processed securely via Stripe

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Booking terms vary by experience provider. Generally:

Cancellations 7+ days before: full credit refund
Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% credit refund
Cancellations less than 3 days: no refund

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to access accounts you do not own, interfering with our infrastructure, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Corral acts as a booking platform only. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of experiences provided by third-party vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
